VALE Insurance Partners is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant in London to provide support to the European operations. The Executive Administrative Assistant’s overarching goal is to make the team more efficient by creating capacity to enable them to focus on their most important day to day priorities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Arrange flights, hotel, and car service reservations and prepare a detailed travel itinerary before each trip
- Arrange lunch and dinner reservations
- Execute and manage multiple ad hoc projects (e.g. company events)
- Provide operational support across a wide variety of tasks and initiatives and other ad hoc office assignments (e.g. keeping the office space tidy)
- Maintain the supplies throughout the office (office and kitchen supplies)
- Organize catered breakfast and lunch meetings (including Tuesday Lunch Club and weekly snack boxes)
- Handle all mail; incoming and outgoing
- Relay and handle issues with building management
About you:
The Executive Administrative Assistant is a dynamic and organised individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You are comfortable interfacing with all internal management, staff, and external contacts. You have a passion for organisation and keeping things running on schedule. They preferably have experience in administrative support and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
Compensation:The part-time Executive Administrative Assistant earns a competitive salary, based on the individual’s experience level, working three days a week. A robust benefits package includes i.a. pension, medical and dental.
