The Role

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Secretary looking for a modern, high-spec environment in the heart of Edinburgh? Our client is seeking a proactive professional to provide high-level support to their busy Residential Conveyancing team at their central offices in Edinburgh. You will enjoy a high level of responsibility and direct client contact, ensuring a first-class service from initial instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Audio typing from digital dictation with high speed and accuracy.
  • Compliance: Completion of Registers of Scotland and LBTT forms.
  • AML: Ensuring Anti-Money Laundering regulations are strictly followed.
  • Communication: Handling telephone enquiries and greeting clients with a professional manner.
  • Admin: Using ‘Instant Office’ case management for all residential transactions.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 1+ year of experience as a Residential Conveyancing Secretary in Scotland
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
