Valeco Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a respected training organisation as they continue to grow their work in developing future talent within the Plumbing & Heating industry across Scotland. We are looking for an organised, people-focused Regional & Administrative Support Officer — someone who enjoys variety, supporting apprentices, building relationships, and bringing structure and positivity to a busy training environment. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a friendly, purpose-led team and play a key role in supporting apprentices across Scotland.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinating activity across regional training and admin teams
  • Supporting apprentices with progress, attendance, employer changes and completions
  • Leading apprentice recruitment and matching candidates to employers
  • Building relationships with schools, employers and partners
  • Supporting the organisation's Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Contributing to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Assisting with events and engagement activities
  • Creating engaging content for campaigns and digital platforms
  • Checking management accounts, processing payments and liaising with auditors
  • Providing high-quality customer service to all stakeholders

About you:

  • Proactive, organised and flexible
  • Friendly, approachable and customer‑focused
  • Previous experience in administration or office support
  • Confident working independently and managing a busy workload
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborative, supportive team player
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Desirable: experience in apprenticeships, education, training, or trades/construction.
