We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Regional & Administrative Support Officer — someone who enjoys variety, supporting apprentices, building relationships, and bringing structure and positivity to a busy training environment. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a friendly, purpose-led team and play a key role in supporting apprentices across Scotland. What you’ll be doing * Coordinating activity across regional training and admin teams * Supporting apprentices with progress, attendance, employer changes and completions * Leading apprentice recruitment and matching candidates to employers * Building relationships with schools, employers and partners * Supporting the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) * Contributing to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives * Assisting with events and engagement activities * Creating engaging content for campaigns and digital platforms * Checking management accounts, processing payments and liaising with auditors * Providing high-quality customer service to all stakeholders About you * Proactive, organised and flexible * Friendly, approachable and customer-focused * Previous experience in administration or office support * Confident working independently and managing a busy workload * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Collaborative, supportive team player * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Desirable: experience in apprenticeships, education, training, or trades/construction.
