We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established legal team in Hamilton, managing residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running your own caseload of residential conveyancing files

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, and legal documents

• Carrying out title checks, searches, and investigations

• Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents

• Handling all post-completion work (registrations, submissions)
