We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established legal team in Hamilton, managing residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Running your own caseload of residential conveyancing files

Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, and legal documents

Carrying out title checks, searches, and investigations

Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents

Handling all post-completion work (registrations, submissions)
What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience as a conveyancing paralegal

Excellent knowledge of residential property law
