This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be an integral part of the team, supporting clients and Solicitors across East Lothian.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
- Drafting, preparing, and completing all necessary legal documentation (e.g., Offers, Missives, LBTT forms, Settlements).
- Conducting title checks, searches, and registrations.
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and Solicitors.
- Assisting with general legal administration as required.
To succeed as our Conveyancing Paralegal, you must have:
- Experience: Proven, substantial experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal within a Scottish legal firm.
