We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a caring and supportive environment, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the best clinical outcomes for our residents.

The

Role: As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day clinical operations of our home.

You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Home Manager in the operational management of the home.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing team.
  • Ensure the delivery of person-centred care and the assessment of residents needs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans for residents.
  • Monitor and maintain health, safety, and security of the residents and the facility.
  • Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice.
  • Provide support and training to staff to improve care standards.
  • Deputize for the Home Manager in their absence.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a nursing home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care.
