We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a caring and supportive environment, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the best clinical outcomes for our residents.
The Role: As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day clinical operations of our home. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in the operational management of the home.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing team.
- Ensure the delivery of person-centred care and the assessment of residents' needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans for residents.
- Monitor and maintain health, safety, and security of the residents and the facility.
- Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice.
- Provide support and training to staff to improve care standards.
- Deputize for the Home Manager in their absence.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a nursing home setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care.
