Due to exceptional demand, we are looking to increase our team at the resort and are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Team Leader. As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will supervise the team, work in any food & beverage outlet on the Resort as needed to deliver excellent service to both guests and members while ensuring departmental targets are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and delegate daily tasks to the team.
  • Manage any guest/member complaints in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed within the outlets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have previous food & beverage experience in a similar working environment.
  • Motivated, excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail and excellent selling skills.
  • Experience: Food & Beverage – 1 year (preferred).
  • Reliably commute to Pontyclun CF72 8JY or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).

Job Expectations:

The role requires flexibility to work between the hours of 6 am-11 pm, 5 days over 7 days.
