We are a small but ambitious team who is making a big impact across South Wales. We are now looking for a driven recruiter to join our team - the ideal candidate is someone with strong client and candidate skills who is passionate about building solid relations in the industry. Ideally, you will have experience in construction, residential and civils. However, we also welcome CVs from recruiters from other sectors who have a genuine passion for matching people to roles.
Key Duties
- Building strong client relationships and understanding their recruitment needs
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates to match them with the right roles in their industry
- Managing the full recruitment process from job brief to placement
- Managing timesheets and overseeing payroll processing alongside the team members
- Conducting on-site client visits across South Wales
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within construction or a related industry
- A proactive and goal-oriented individual with a passion for the recruitment process
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing clients/candidates and deadlines
- Full UK driving license & own vehicle
