Vale Recruitment are currently working with a rapidly growing construction company who are looking to appoint a design manager. This is a new vacancy and an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team whose reputation is incredible within the South & West Wales construction industry.
As lead design manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design of prestigious projects
- Reporting & presenting designs, in conjunction with the construction team, project plans and building control.
You will have extensive experience using Revit and have a proven track record of delivering projects from £10m to £30m, including education, commercial, and PFI.
