Our client is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a remediation project in the Bristol area. They are seeking a candidate who is people-first oriented, as the role involves being a key point of contact between the residents, the client, and the site delivery team. The role is important in ensuring that the communication is clear with all channels, all concerns are addressed swiftly and every resident feels supported throughout the duration of the project.
The Role:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents through the duration of the project.
- Coordinating and attending resident meetings and open days.
- Issuing notices and any updates throughout the project.
- Managing complaints professionally and proactively.
- Maintaining correct daily records in line with GDPR requirements.
- The right person will be a calm, empathetic communicator who's comfortable in a public-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Literate in all forms of IT, including but not exclusive to Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Customer service experience, 2 plus years is preferred due to the nature of the role.
Additional Details:
- Competitive salary based on experience and location.
- Monday to Thursday, 8am–4:30pm and Friday, 8am–4pm.
- Project duration contract.
