Vale Recruitment is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer in the Bristol area to act as the main point of contact between residents, the client, and the site delivery team during a remediation project.

The role requires empathetic communication, strong IT skills, and a background in customer service, with 2+ years experience. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00-16:30 and Friday 8:00-16:00, on-site and project duration.
