We are looking for a talented Development Manager to join and support the fantastic team at a national company. Customer focused and working in a small team reporting to the Group MD, you will take responsibility for and advise on all technical matters, including but not limited to:
- Land identification/outline sketch design and appraisal, including liaison with lawyers.
- Taking approved scheme through development process and value engineering in conjunction with term consultants, securing all necessary approvals in a timely manner.
- Managing existing product and developing new in accord with changing regulatory standards.
- Manage all aspects of and secure timely engineering approvals for SAB, S38 & S104 agreements and liaise with approving authorities and legals, representing Homes design team at site meetings.
