Vale Recruitment are currently working with a rapidly growing expensing construction company who are looking to appoint a design manager. This is a new vacancy, and an excellent opportunity to join an expensing team whose reputation is incredible within the South & West Wales construction industry.

As lead design manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design of prestigious projects
  • Reporting & presenting designs, in conjunction with the construction team, project plans and building control.

You will have extensive experience using Revit, and have a proven track record of delivering projects from £10-30m, education, commercial, and PFI.
