Our client, a leading contractor, are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated commercial manager who can strengthen the existing team. You will be responsible for overseeing a range of projects covering planned and reactive maintenance, across a range of sectors and have total management of a commercial team including trainee surveyors through to senior.
