- Significant post‑qualification experience within social care.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act).
- Confidence managing complex cases and risk assessments.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Passion for enabling independence and improving outcomes.
