Ysgol y Ddraig in Llantwit Major seeks a reliable Site Manager/School Caretaker to support the Headteacher and Governing Body in managing the school site. You will maintain facilities, grounds and equipment, supervise external contractors and oversee other site staff as required.
The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year, with a split shift pattern (06:00–09:00 and 15:00–18:00) subject to negotiation. Pay band SCP 5–7 (£25,989–£26,403 pro rata).
