The Big Fresh Catering Company provides healthy nutritious school meals at lunchtime, which is compliant with the Food and Nutrient standards set by the Welsh Government's Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013. In addition to this, we also provide a high-quality Buffet/Function service to our schools, Café at the Penarth Pier Pavilion, weddings, external customers and companies.

Description
Enthusiastic Catering Assistant with duties including setting up of the tables and chairs, serving meals, taking orders, washing up and clearing away equipment/surrounding area at various schools.
