Vale Community Resource Team are an Integrated service run by Vale of Glamorgan Council and Cardiff & The Vale UHB. We provide short term support and/or therapy to people living in their own home when they are first discharged from hospital or to prevent a hospital admission. Our aim is to maximise a person’s independence.

About the role:
Pay details: Grade 4, SCP 5-7, £25,583 – £26,403 pro rata, £13.26 – £13.69 per hour plus enhancements.
Hours of Work: Various hours available to cover our service up to a maximum of 30 hours per week.
Main Place of Work: Various locations across the Vale.
