About The Role

Pay Details: Grade 3, SCP 4, £25,185 p.a. pro rata
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 4 days, 20 hours per week
Main Place of Work: Cowbridge Library

Description: To assist in delivering a friendly and professional library service to the community. This will involve dealing with enquiries, helping out with library activities, and providing support for customers to make use of the library stock, resources and facilities.

About You

You will need:

  • A confident and outgoing manner with a proactive approach to helping customers
  • Experience of working with a range of customers or clients
  • Experience in using online information resources
  • A minimum of 3 GCSEs levels A-C, including English
