About The Role

Pay Details: Grade 4 SCP 6-7

Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: Full time, Temporary for one year

Description

The Governing Body at Gwenfo Church in Wales Primary School is looking to appoint a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our school family. We are looking for an individual who:

  • Can demonstrate a willingness and ability to promote and develop the school’s distinctive Christian ethos, creative and nurturing character.
  • Has the belief in developing the talent in each and every child.
  • Is inspirational and reflective, patient and caring.
  • Has the enthusiasm, energy and ability to inspire, motivate, challenge and support our pupils.
  • Has experience of working with pupils with additional needs.
  • Has excellent communication skills to work in partnership with children, parents/carers, staff, governors and the local and wider community.

About You

You will need:

  • EWC Required: YES
  • DBS Check Required: Enhanced
