About The Role

Pay Details: Grade 3, SCP 4, £24,404, £12.65ph (Pro Rata)

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 20 hours per week, 4 hours a day (Monday to Friday)

Main Place of Work: Civic Offices and working from home

Description: A part time (20 hours) finance and administrative role supporting the Learning and Skills finance team, incorporating accounts receivable, accounts payable, support for budget monitoring, excel work and general administrative duties.

About You

You will need:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
  • Experience of working in a finance environment
  • Experience of processing invoices
  • Experience of working with Excel
  • Excellent ICT Skills
  • Excellent Oral and written communication skills
  • Confidence to work on own initiative
  • Ability to contribute to a team
  • Flexible approach to work
