About The Role: Work towards a level 5 residential management qualification. Cover management duties to acquired skills level in the absence of the manager and deputy. Champion good practice, monitor and support the practice of colleagues and work with management to raise the standard of care delivered.

Pay Details: Grade 5 - £26,824 to £28,598 pro rata, £13.90 to £14.82/hr. Hourly rate enhancements are paid for unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays (plus lieu day for bank holidays).

Hours and Rates: Hours of Work: 4 week rota to include one Saturday, afternoons and early mornings. Times: Monday – Friday; Saturday; Sunday and Bank Holidays. Time allocations vary by shift.
