The predicted salary is between 47181 - 50269 £ per year.

We require a motivated and professional officer who will have responsibility for supervising a team of officers working specifically on landlord enforcement and compliance, prosecution and a multi-disciplinary approach to dealing with rogue landlords. We will need a resilient and dynamic manager who can drive forward this new approach and who can foster partnerships with other agencies.

The post is interchangeable with a Grade 10 Supervisor Position dealing with empty homes enforcement and HMO Licensing administration. The post holder will help the Team Manager develop the service and ensure good levels of performance against national performance indicators.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience of working at a minimum of professional officer level within a regulatory services environment and knowledge of a broad range of Regulatory statutes.
  • Experience of using management information systems to ensure monitoring of KPIs.
  • Experience of stakeholder management related to Regulatory Services.
  • Relevant professional qualification (a degree or equivalent in one of the key service disciplines).
