About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 6; spinal points 14-19; £29,540 - £32,061 pro rata, £15.31-£16.62
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours, Monday - Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm
Main Place of Work: Civic Offices
Description
You will provide on-going support to ensure the effective delivery of quality Telecare Services in the Vale of Glamorgan. You will enable people to live as safely at home for as long as possible by maximising their independence and reducing the need for dependency on care packages.
About You
You will be an individual passionate about social care and promoting and supporting independence for our more vulnerable residents. You will need:
- Experience of working with basic equipment and/or technology
- Experience of dealing and working with the public
- Good verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide information to a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
