About The Role
Pay Details: Qualified to City and Guilds level 2 (Core and Practice) or equivalent: Grade 4 - £25,989 to £26,403 pro rata, £13.47 - £13.69 hr. Unqualified/working toward City and Guilds level 2 (Core and Practice): Grade 3 – £25,949 pro rata, £13.45 /hr. Hourly rate enhancements are paid for unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays (plus lieu day for bank holidays).
Times: Monday – Friday
Hours of Work: various
Shift hours: 6:45am – 2pm, 1:45pm – 9pm and 9pm - 7am
Description: To provide personal, physical & emotional care in a residential setting, for older people and older people who live with dementia.
Visa Sponsorship: Please note that this position does not offer visa sponsorship and candidates must have the right to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship.
About You
You will need:
- Experience of providing person centred personal care, support with acts of daily living and emotional support to vulnerable adults
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to participate in training and work toward a professional vocational qualification
