Pay Details: Grade 10, SPC 36‑39 £47,181 – £50,269 (Pro Rata) £24.46 – £26.06 Per Hour

We are looking to recruit a Practitioner Manager who will have oversight for the Prevention and Resources Team. We are looking for a Practitioner Manager who is both motivated and child‑focused. The Youth Justice Early Support Service aims to support children to live positive and crime‑free lives and achieve their full potential. The Practitioner Manager role forms part of the YJESS Management Team; with responsibility for Prevention and Resources. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to oversee the quality of practice and support continuous improvement. Applicants will require relevant YJESS; Asset Plus and Prevention and Diversion assessment frameworks and Keeping Safe management experience.
