About the Role

Pay Details

Grade 7 SCP 20-25, £32,597 – £36,363 (Pro Rata) £16.90 – £18.85 Per Hour

Description

We are looking to recruit a Performance and Information Officer to lead on oversight of performance and information management systems; the Performance Team and associated support services. The post will work closely with the Management Team; practitioners and internal and external stakeholders to ensure data can be used to inform service planning; delivery and improvements.

About You

You will need

  • Knowledge of Childview Information System or other social welfare management systems
  • Understanding of how to analyse information and produce performance reports
  • Ability to process and analyse statistical and technical information
  • Understanding of how to use data to inform service improvements
  • Higher level administrative/office management experience.
  • Experience of operating financial procedures including oversight of petty cash and invoice processing
  • Experience of managing and supervising staff; including delegation and oversight of performance
  • Ability to implement business processes
  • Skills in time and workload management and able to work on own initiative.
