Description
We are looking to recruit a Performance and Information Officer to lead on oversight of performance and information management systems; the Performance Team and associated support services. The post will work closely with the Management Team; practitioners and internal and external stakeholders to ensure data can be used to inform service planning; delivery and improvements.
About You
You will need
- Knowledge of Childview Information System or other social welfare management systems
- Understanding of how to analyse information and produce performance reports
- Ability to process and analyse statistical and technical information
- Understanding of how to use data to inform service improvements
- Higher level administrative/office management experience.
- Experience of operating financial procedures including oversight of petty cash and invoice processing
- Experience of managing and supervising staff; including delegation and oversight of performance
- Ability to implement business processes
- Skills in time and workload management and able to work on own initiative.
