The Governing Body at Gwenfo Church in Wales Primary School is looking to appoint a passionate, caring and enthusiastic LSA to join our school family. We are looking for an individual who:
- Can demonstrate a willingness and ability to promote and develop the school’s distinctive Christian ethos, creative and nurturing character;
- Has the belief in developing the talent in each and every child;
- Is inspirational and reflective, patient and caring;
- Has the enthusiasm, energy and ability to inspire, motivate, challenge and support our pupils;
- Has experience of working with pupils with additional needs;
- Has excellent communication skills to work in partnership with children, parents/carers, staff, governors and the local and wider community.
