About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 3 – £25,949 pro rata, £13.45 /hr. Hourly rate enhancements are paid for unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays (plus lieu day for bank holidays).
Hours of Work: 1 vacancy – 33.5 hours per week. Working pattern: Monday - Friday. Shift hours: 8am-3:15pm Monday - Thursday. 8am-3pm Friday.
Description: To undertake the general maintenance tasks in the Residential home including painting, decorating, emergency repairs, health and safety checks and the maintenance of grounds and gardens. Provide a porter service; undertake the moving of people and equipment, delivery/collection duties and order/store stock.

About You: You will need a valid driving licence.
