The Building Services division provides a wide range of services to corporate clients and ensures all buildings are compliant with the latest legislation. As the Compliance administrator you will play a key role in maintaining the Council’s compliance register for corporate buildings and schools, issuing reminders of upcoming requirements and chasing documentation where not received in a timely manner.

About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 5, £26,824 to £28,598 pro rata
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 17.5hrs/wk 08:00 to 16:00 (times to be discussed to suit)
Main Place of Work: The Alps Depot
Description: To engage in the provision of safe and robust management of all compliance in the Vale of Glamorgan Council’s Public Buildings. Supporting the service manager to work with external consultants and contractors, premise managers and internal clients to ensure servicing of building statutory compliance, schedule site visits and maintenance and inspection works in the Council’s Public Building stock. Request all compliance certification in respect of Public Buildings and review the certification record all dates and copies on the council’s property database.
