Pencoedtre High School is seeking to appoint a well motivated Caretaker with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as the flexibility to adapt to the challenges of the school day. You will work as part of a Site Team under the direction of the Site Supervisor.
This role is permanent from 01 September 2026. The hours of work are 6am – 2pm week 1 and 1.30pm – 9.30pm week 2.

We are looking to appoint a Caretaker, working within the school’s site team. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of caretaking duties and repairs and maintenance.
Pay Details: £25,583 - £26,403
Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week x 52 weeks
