About The Role
- Work towards a level 5 residential management qualification.
- Cover management duties to acquired skills level in the absence of the manager and deputy.
- Champion good practice, monitor and support the practice of colleagues and work with management to raise the standard of care delivered.
Pay Details
Grade 5 - £26,824 to £28,598 pro rata, £13.90 to £14.82/hr. Hourly rate enhancements are paid for unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays (plus lieu day for bank holidays).
Hours and Rates
Hours of Work: 4 week rota to include one Saturday, afternoons and early mornings. Times: Monday – Friday; Saturday; Sunday and Bank Holidays. Time allocations vary by shift.
Main Place of Work: Penarth
About You
- Main duties: To work toward a level 5 management qualification and cover management duties to acquired skills level in the absence of the manager and deputy.
