Description: To liaise with relevant professionals and organisations in order to support the smooth running of systems and processes across the service to contribute to the delivery, ongoing improvement and development of efficient and effective Brokerage, Part III, corporate appointee and private residential services. To provide appropriate information and advice to case managers and Care Homes regarding charges, ensure customers are billed correctly in respect of social care services and to assist with income recovery, to process payments for social care services.
