The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping businesses find the right solutions to keep people and properties safe. You will manage the full sales journey from identifying new opportunities and meeting customers, through to preparing tailored proposals and supporting successful installations. Previous experience within the fire and security industry would be beneficial, but we are also open to applicants with strong sales experience who are keen to develop their knowledge in this specialist sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities and introduce customers to suitable Fire & Security solutions, including CCTV, data networks, intruder alarms, access control, fire alarms, and gate automation.
- Visit customer sites to understand requirements and discuss tailored solutions.
- Prepare clear, professional proposals and quotations.
- Support customers throughout the decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service from enquiry through to completion.
