Fire & Security Sales Consultant

Location: Worcester Midlands
Salary: £25,000 £40,000 (depending on experience) + Commission after 12 months | Company Car Use | Pension | Benefits

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Fire & Security Sales Consultant to join our supportive sales team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping businesses find the right solutions to keep people and properties safe.

You will manage the full sales journey from identifying new opportunities and meeting customers, through to preparing tailored proposals and supporting successful installations.

Previous experience within the fire and security industry would be beneficial, but we are also open to applicants with strong sales experience who are keen to develop their knowledge in this specialist sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities and introduce customers to suitable Fire & Security solutions, including CCTV, data networks, intruder alarms, access control, fire alarms, and gate automation.
  • Visit customer sites to understand requirements and discuss tailored solutions.
  • Prepare clear, professional proposals and quotations.
  • Support customers throughout the decision-making process.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service from enquiry through to completion.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Confident communicating with customers and building professional relationships.
  • Organised, motivated, and able to manage their own diary and workload.
  • Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face and understanding their needs.
  • A good listener who enjoys finding solutions.
  • Experienced in sales, account management, customer service, or business development.
  • Interested in developing a career within the Fire & Security industry.
  • A full UK driving licence holder.

Industry experience is welcomed but not essential we value attitude, commitment, and the ability to build trust with customers.
