About the role

We have plenty of growing left to do, so we are looking for an Operations and Logistics Co-ordinator to join our team in our Liverpool office. The VALD Operations and Warehouse team services the entire VALD suite of products using a large range of components to dispatch to our clients around the world. Our team is physically fit with can-do attitudes, multi-skilled and able to perform a wide range of warehouse duties. Is this you?

What you will do:

  • Physically unrestricted to work in an operations/warehouse environment (UK Office)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to problem solve.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing and production principles, including safety and safe work practices.
  • Good time management and housekeeping skills, and able to multitask.
  • Capable of overseeing daily shipping activities, including carrier coordination, shipment tracking, and resolution of delivery issues.
  • High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
  • Able to oversee repair workflows, including diagnostics, repair scheduling, documentation, and internal or customer communication.
  • Full working rights in the UK, and no restrictions to travel to the VALD HQ in Australia for your onboarding.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes.
  • Experience with hand and power tools and experience in a component assembly role.
  • Ideally, you have experience with PCBA assembly and soldering (desirable but not essential).
