The opportunity:
Valcon UK is seeking senior leaders to join our growing Transformation Delivery and Technology Transformation capabilities within our Consulting Practice.
Overview of Consulting Practice:
Valcon provides consulting support to help clients protect and increase their margins, optimise their operational performance, digitise their business, transform their technology functions, and improve productivity. We work closely with clients to define the programme to achieve it and deliver the programme successfully, using a blend of Valcon’s consulting, data, and technology expertise.

- Project Delivery
- Organisation Change
- Operational Excellence
- Technology Transformation
We are looking for Senior Leaders with the following skill sets:
- Technology Transformation
- Operational Excellence
- Change Management
- Sector knowledge in either; Government, Infrastructure, Finance, Retail or Industrial
And a demonstrated track record of:
- Operated as a senior leader within a technology lead consultancy.
- Proven ability to grow and expand clients, as well as deliver high profile transformation.
- Experience of influencing, shaping, and delivering large digital transformation and change, helping clients achieve success.
- Understanding of how technology, data and consulting interact to resolve client challenges.
- Able to work as part of a team, but confident and capable to work autonomously and lead delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Working across multiple live accounts, you’ll work closely with client decision makers, C-Suite and Transformation heads, to help them on their transformation journeys.
- Some clients will be existing and focus on cross sell opportunities, where others are new, growing brands where we’ll be continuing to position ourselves as their key transformation partner.
- Develop and grow client relationships with key stakeholders, acting as trusted advisor, helping shape ideas, and thinking.
- Working with our Practice Leads, Client Development teams and Industry Partners, you’ll be part of new client acquisition and growth.
- As well as experience here, we’re looking forward to hearing your ideas on targets, and future opportunities.
- You’ll coach, support and develop team members across our Consulting, Technology and Data Practices.
- You will contribute to both sector, and practice vision – sharing insights and shaping the future.
