We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead to join a large-scale transformation programme, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure migration. This is a hands‑on leadership role driving end‑to‑end testing across a complex delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading test planning, analysis, and delivery across the full lifecycle
- Driving End-to-End testing and UAT, working closely with business stakeholders and vendors
- Owning test governance, reporting, and deliverables
- Managing quality, risks, issues, and dependencies across the programme
- Supporting and shaping a long-term automation strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Experience on large transformation programmes (Azure, Salesforce, Dynamics or similar)
- Strong background in E2E testing and UAT leadership
- Proven experience in test governance and stakeholder management
- Good understanding of test automation, including where it adds value
- Exposure to CI/CD and modern delivery practices
