As a Partner, you’ll help shape how we deliver impact through AI, automation, and technology-enabled change. You’ll influence our strategy, lead major accounts, and play a key role in developing our next generation of consulting and technology leaders.
The Role
We’re hiring a Partner to lead and grow our work across the UK Financial Services Industry.
You’ll develop trusted client relationships, shape strategic transformation programmes, and oversee delivery that connects technology, data, and consulting. You’ll help financial services organisations modernise operations, improve customer experience, and manage regulatory and digital challenges while driving sustainable growth.
You’ll also play a key role in expanding Valcon’s presence in the sector and developing capability across our UK team.
What You’ll Do
- Work with the Group Financial Services Lead to define and implement Valcon’s financial services strategy across banking, insurance, and capital markets.
- Lead business growth through both hunting and farming, winning new clients while expanding and deepening existing relationships.
- Build strategic partnerships with tool and technology providers to enhance propositions and create new market opportunities.
- Lead key client engagements, shaping digital, data, and technology transformation agendas.
- Develop and evolve market propositions that deliver measurable value and commercial differentiation.
- Provide commercial leadership to partners and teams across consulting, data, and technology to drive revenue, margin, and account growth.
