Immediate Start Required

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to support a large-scale, complex transformation programme. This business-critical initiative involves replacing legacy systems and aligning a subsidiary with the group-wide technology stack. You will play a key role in planning and executing the transition, ensuring a smooth integration across multiple technology and business workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple strands of technical release and implementation activity.
  • Plan and manage implementation events across various platforms and teams.
  • Ensure operational readiness is achieved across all areas, including management of readiness checkpoints.
  • Act as the bridge between technical implementation and business readiness (e.g., communications, training, UAT support).
  • Support both Technology and Business teams throughout the rollout phases.
  • Define and document post-go-live support models and Hypercare plans.
  • Oversee early life support to ensure issues are resolved within SLAs.
  • Provide regular updates and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure transparency and confidence.

Technical and Delivery Expertise:

  • Provide expert guidance on systems integration and application rollout strategies.
  • Design and implement effective technical delivery structures in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation workflows, coordinating across project delivery, business, service management, and external vendors.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies in collaboration with Project Managers and technical leads.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record of managing large, complex system implementations involving multiple technologies and stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering within structured programme environments across both IT and business domains.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles, release planning, and post-go-live support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
