The Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Java Developer with a solid background in Kubernetes , cloud infrastructure (especially AWS) , and Unix systems . You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering robust and scalable solutions for our clients, leveraging modern DevOps practices and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable Java-based applications and services.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of containerised applications using Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cloud engineers to design and implement AWS-based solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews and agile ceremonies.
  • Perform troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning on Unix-based environments.
  • Occasionally script or automate tasks using Python.

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, configuration).
  • Working knowledge of AWS Cloud services .
  • Exposure to Python scripting (basic to intermediate level).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with IBM CloudPak for Data .
  • Familiarity with Apache Spark or Hadoop .
  • Background in working with large-scale data platforms.
