Desired Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), with strong understanding of access governance, lifecycle management, identity profiles, rules, policies, and integration patterns.
- Background in Product Ownership or Service Management, ideally having evolved from business-facing or delivery roles such as Business Analyst or Solution Architect.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, balancing security, compliance, operational, and business priorities to drive consensus and alignment.
- Experience prioritising and managing a product backlog, shaping the SailPoint roadmap, and ensuring that enhancements and new capabilities are delivered to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- A track record of managing suppliers, delivery partners, or system integrators, including performance oversight, contract compliance, and ensuring adherence to architectural and security requirements.
