Valcon UK is seeking Power Platform Developers to join our growing Intelligent Process Automation capability group within our Technology Practice.

Architectural Design & Strategy
- Translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical architectures.
- Align solution designs with enterprise business goals, value streams, and multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Choose appropriate architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless) to meet the needs of each solution.
- Design and integrate cloud-native and hybrid/multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Define APIs, data flows, and middleware integrations to ensure seamless interoperability across systems.
- Optimise cloud performance, security, cost, and resilience.
- Work closely with stakeholders including developers, security, DevOps, product managers, and business leads to guide solution delivery.
- Ensure solutions follow architecture principles and are implemented with best practices.
- Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
Governance, Security & Compliance
- Implement architectural governance, ensuring adherence to security standards and compliance regulations.
- Apply identity management, encryption, and access controls to safeguard systems and data.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Present architecture decisions clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
Experience
- Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Strong background in enterprise systems integration, data architecture, and application design
- Proven ability to define and deliver large-scale, high-performance, and secure technical architectures.
- Strong understanding of architectural frameworks, modelling (e.g., ArchiMate, C4), and roadmapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of balancing strategic and technical priorities with business value in mind.
