Valcon is seeking an experienced Test Leader to define and drive testing strategy, architecture and automation across large-scale programmes in the UK. You will lead multi-disciplinary testing teams, ensure end-to-end coverage and traceability, and align testing with business outcomes and supplier engagements.
A core focus will be shifting left with automation and AI-enabled testing within a CI/CD lifecycle to improve delivery quality.
