M&A Actuary – Part/Nearly Qualified (2 days pw, London)

I\’m working with a leading M&A insurer who are looking for a Part/Nearly Qualified Actuary to join their team as an M&A Analyst.

This is a non-BAU role.

They are looking for individuals with 2-4 years of London Market reserving experience (or a blend of LMKT reserving and some capital/pricing) for this role. Strong exam progress is essential.

They\’re also very keen on individuals from a consulting background.

This will be a highly deals-focused role (70-80% reserving and 20-30% pricing), and you would work directly with M&A deal leads/actuaries on a few transactions at a time.

They are looking for someone curious, able to develop solutions to complex challenges, commercially minded, and an out-of-the-box thinker with a demonstrated track record of this in their current or previous roles.
