Valayo are supporting a prominent reinsurance company with a Head of Capital opportunity. The role will operate across multiple jurisdictions including the UK, North America, and Bermuda, and as a result can be based in any of those locations.

In the role, you would be supporting all entities with:

  • Capital assessments
  • Validation of TPs
  • Optimisation of capital
  • Strategic capital and deal support

The role will report into the Chief Actuary and be leading a team of actuaries. There is a flexible working arrangement with 2 days in the office. The role can be offered on a full-time or 4-day per week basis.
