Valarian Technologies is seeking a hands‑on Paralegal to scale our legal operations. You will support day‑to‑day legal workflows, improve controls, and strengthen contract governance in a fast‑moving tech company.
You will review and draft commercial agreements, manage the CLM, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Security/Product teams. A 1–3 year background in paralegal work and exposure to startup environments is preferred.
