HR and Payroll Administrator, Media Membership Body, 8 week temp role, £16.40-£17.50 per hour plus holiday pay, 35 hours per week, London / hybrid
If you are available immediately and have proven payroll Admin experience this could be a great temp role for you to start 2025!
You will be part of a small closeknit HR team and enjoy hybrid working, a friendly working atmosphere and get involved in all aspects of the HR process. You will be responsible for providing an efficient monthly Payroll service, ensuring all payroll data is submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
This organisation is at the business heart of the media world – its teams in England and Scotland working at the forefront of the Intellectual property world.
Reporting to the HR Manager, responsibilities will include:

Data input into the payroll and pension system of any changes to monthly payroll

Handing the information to your Managers to check before the payroll run

Starters and leavers

Monitoring sickness and holiday absence and updating the HRIS

Help to resolve any payroll related queries promptly

Assisting with recruitment processes – advertising, organising interviews etc

Assist the L&D Manager

Previous experience in payroll and pension processing and HR administration

Knowledge of year end, P11 D’s and pro-rata’ing salaries

HR Admin experience

Confident user of Spreadsheets

Confident to work as part of a small team, take responsibility and be able to work unsupervised from home for part of the week
